Evangelist Mary Pugh was born in Allen, Alabama (Clarke County ) to the Late Odell and Clara Mae Pugh, and she is the third of seven siblings. Growing up, Mary was raised on strict principles, and a life of holiness which resulted in a solid foundation built on the word of God.
As a young child, her parents set the example by taking her to churches across the State of Alabama. Mary would sing in their family group, “The Pugh Singers “where they would perform before major, national gospel acts such as “The Mighty Clouds of Joy” and many others in Alabama and beyond. Music was a gift from God that was passed down to her and her siblings. Through the years, her family traveled near and far. They recorded several albums spanning 72 years of singing the gospel. Mary held on to her parent’s teachings and accepted her call to preach at the tender age of 12 (which is God’s perfect number) and she has been walking and talking with Jesus, through evangelism and singing now for over 50 years. She is the mother of two children, Camille, and Wallace Marshall. She is passionate about our youth and is constantly imparting wisdom encouraging them to stay on the Lord’s side, with Him you shall win!

Outside of her busy schedule, Mary enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite scripture which guides her life is Philippians 4:13, “I Can Do All Things, Through Christ Which Strengthens Me”.
Pastor Tia D Owens was born in Philadelphia Pa. She was educated in the Philadelphia public school system . Acknowledging her call to the ministry in May 1999 under the leadership of Pastor Maria Gardner, she became a Missionary in the church od God in Christ. In October 2000, she became a licensed Evangelist under the leadership of her husband Apostle Samuel E Owens Jr, who is Chief Apostle and Presiding Bishop and founder of Latter Rain Ministries World Headquarters Church.
On March 23, 2002, Pastor Owen became and ordained minister. Pastor Owen preaches and prophesies under the power of the Holy Ghost to all who will come, who will see, who will believe, and who will receive Gods Word. On Sept 15th, 2013, Pastor Owens became Overseer of Latter Rain Churches and Pastors Women Fellowship. She is blessed to be a proud mother of 5 children.
Pastor Tia D Owens is the Pastor of Latter Rain World Headquarters Church. Latter Rain is a member of the MICA under the Leadership od Apostle Richard D. Hinton of Chicago Illinois.
Serena D. Ford, born July 1, 1958, in Chester, PA, is an accomplished Evangelist, Gospel Recording Artist, Musician, Songwriter, and Anointed Preacher. She hails from a family of ministers, including her parents Bishop Boston and Evangelist Willa Ford, and siblings Pastor Sherry Ford-Weathersby and Pastor David Ford, all gifted in ministering through Word, Song, and Music.
Serena's remarkable journey began at the age of 13 when she started playing keyboards for St. James UAME Church under Rev. Lester Gordy's guidance. Her musical training developed further under the Late Rev. Ernest Davis Jr., founder of The Wilmington/Chester Mass Choir. She recorded three albums with this choir and is renowned for leading the song "When All God's Children Get Together."
Throughout her career, Serena's anointing has touched many lives. She's composed, performed, and shared her original songs with various choirs and artists, including the Legendary Dorothy Norwood, Lonnie Hunter & Structure, and the Gospel Music Workshop of America Mass Choir. She's traveled widely, performing, ministering, and collaborating with prominent figures in the gospel industry, including Bishop Larry Trotter, Vickie Winans, Shirley Caesar, and Donnie McClurkin.
Beyond her musical prowess, Serena's preaching ministry is equally impactful. She delivered her first sermon on December 5, 1997, and has continued her spiritual growth through studies at various institutions including Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute, Jamison Bible School of Ministry, and Mantle Christian College, where she obtained her Chaplain's License in August 2021.
Serena's dedication to her craft and faith has garnered her widespread recognition. She holds an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Sacred Music from the School of The Great Commission Bible College & Seminary, awarded in November 2022.
